Privacy policy

Rummage is a directory of flea, vintage, and farmers markets in New York City, Long Island and North Jersey. We keep things simple: the site has no user accounts, no sign-up forms, and no advertising, and we do not sell or share personal information.
What we collect
Browsing Rummage does not require you to provide any personal information, and we set no tracking cookies. Like most websites, a small amount of technical data is processed when you visit:
- Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (page views, referrers, country, device type). It is cookieless and does not identify individual visitors.
- Hosting logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may process IP addresses in ordinary server logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Maps. Map tiles and static map images are served by Mapbox. When a page with a map loads, your browser requests those images from Mapbox, which receives your IP address as part of the request. See Mapbox's privacy policy for details.
What we don't do
- No accounts, forms, newsletters, or payments.
- No advertising or ad-tech scripts.
- No sale or sharing of personal information.
- No tracking cookies on the public site.
Market listings
Listings are aggregated from public sources such as official market websites and public datasets. They describe markets and venues, not individuals. If you operate a market and would like your listing corrected or removed, email us and we'll take care of it — see our terms for details.
Children
Rummage is a general-audience site and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
